For quicker access from anywhere in the Virtual Platform you can use the navigation menu at the top of the page to all functionalities discussed bellow.

In the navigation bar at the top of the screen, hover over “Program”

From the drop down menu you can click on “Scientific Program” to view the detailed program of the Conference.

Or you can select “Program at a glance” to have a quick overview.

Click on the “SESSIONS” screen in the Lobby.

You will be taken to a new hall.

Click on the screen to see all sessions.

You will see all sessions available on the platform

1. All sessions are organized as per the Zone they are part of and date. The sessions that are the same for all 3 zones can be found under the PBI tabs for the specific day.
2. You can search for a specific session
3. On the right you can see the time of the session in the Conference time, the time in your local time, countdown until the session starts and you have the option to add a session to your calendar to make sure you won’t miss it.
   A few minutes before each session here you will see a button to enter the session and attend it LIVE.
4. If you click on the name of each speaker or moderator you will be able to learn more about them.

24 hours after a session ends it will be available On Demand. Just find the session you want to re-watched or have missed the previous day according to the program after you have clicked to join all sessions and click on the button next to it.

Click on “E-POSTERS GALLERY” from the lobby.

In the e-Posters Gallery you can:

1. Search for an e-poster by title or author’s name.
2. View all e-Posters or Authors.
3. View the e-posters by topic.

In the lobby, click on the “NETWORKING LOUNGE” sign.

In the Networking Lounge you can:

1. Click on the “CME” sign to find out more about the CME credits you can earn by attending WoM 2022 Conference
2. Browse a list of all virtual participants by country of origin by clicking on the “WORLD MAP” sign
3. Visit the Chat and the World of Microbiome social media channels

Once you click on the “CHAT” button in the Networking Lounge a new window will appear. here you can see all Chat Channels you can join or are already part of, you can send messages in the chat and even make a video call.

In the Lobby, click on the “PEOPLE” button on the left.

On the top you will see a bar with four tabs:

• List of all conference participants who have logged to the Virtual Platform
• List of your unread messages
• List of recommended contacts
• List of your connections

Next to the name of each person in the full list you will see three buttons to:

• Schedule a meeting with that contact
• Connect
• Send a message

For a better networking experience, we suggest updating your profile

In the navigation menu on the top, click on “Show Profile“

Fill out your information in the blanks and the algorithm will recommend more people similar to you in the live chat.
